Information UPDATE Flood Event May 2019

Important information for Franklin County citizens concerning the current Flood Event.

1 We will probably close Highway 23 south of the Arkansas River Bridge between 8 PM and Midnight tonight until further notice. If you need supplies in Ozark you should get them today.

Highway 309 at Smith Creek

Kenny Hole Road

Mattie / Adams Road and White Oak Creek

Mattie/Adams Road at White Oak Creek

Ozark Lock and Dam Road

Plum Street and Coon Tree Rd

Santa Fe Trail at Corps of Engineers Relief

Sheep Farm at Carpenter Cemetery and Hurricane Creek

Sheep Farm at Hurricane Creek

Aux Arc Park

White Oak Park

Water levels are expected to go up in these areas.
